I learn joy from the problem…

I learn joy from the problem…
August 26, 2010

There are no visitor come to my laundry from the morning (8.30 a.m.) until evening (5.00 p.m.). I am down and almost lose my faith for this laundry business. But after 5 o’clock, suddenly there are a customer came and brought his laundries. He brought lot of laundries: bed cover, blankets, towel and curtain the total price is almost near my target for one day. Before I finished write the bill notes, one more customer came and bring his clothes for laundry, so, I called my employee to help me counted and weighed the clothes, before we finished, one more customer came and brough his laundry, he is from Korea and his driver asked me to count the laundry and wrote the notes. Today we received our laundry target for 3 days. Wow, God is awesome. Now I know what is joyful because of the problem.

I don’t know exactly what happen to Israel that time. I read the bible and I know but I can’t feel what they experienced. I just know that they were in problems. But, God has a good plan for them. God plan to remove the iniquity from their land in one day.

It is just like everyone in this earth. Every one has problems. But, God also has a good plan for everyone. So, I just come to God with my prayer and today I pray a ‘close to God’ prayer. I said to God that I want to close to Him. I am not focus to ask for the blessing although I also pray for it.  Close to God is a blessing for me. Amen.

For behold the stone that I have laid before Joshua; upon one stone shall be seven eyes: behold, I will engrave the graving thereof, saith the Lord of hosts, and I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day.

Slave…

Slave…
August 26, 2010

To have debt is just like to be a slave. We become a slave to the owner of the money. We are very afraid that he asks the money back and we do what ever he wants us to do just like the slave.

To have sins is just like to be a slave, too. We become a slave to Satan. We are very afraid in our heart. There are sound in our mind tells us that we are a sinner and we feel no confident anymore. Our eyes look down and we feel worry about anything.

In the history, Israelites was taken captive to Babylon and became slave there. But, even they are in the condition of slavery, God also give them chance to being free. Yes, their physics is slave but God want their heart being free.

The difference between me and Israelites is I am not a slave to anybody but my heart can be slave because if I am doing sin, then my heart will be slave. If I want to free my heart, then God says that I must turn my heart to Him from my evil ways and my evil doings.

Therefore say thou unto them, Thus saith the Lord of hosts; Turn ye unto me, saith the Lord of hosts, and I will turn unto you, saith the Lord of hosts. Be ye not as your fathers, unto whom the former prophets have cried, saying, Thus saith the Lord of hosts; Turn ye now from your evil ways, and from your evil doings: but they did not hear, nor hearken unto me, saith the Lord.
